Reviving a Vision: The First JETSET Pilates Studio in Australia
Founded in Miami Beach in 2010, JETSET Pilates has become an internationally recognised fitness experience, offering an elevated and dynamic 50-minute workout that strengthens both body and mind. With a loyal global community, JETSET Pilates redefines the traditional Pilates experience by blending precision, choreography, and energising music into a workout that is as invigorating as it is transformative.
Franchise partner Kathryn is the first to bring this innovative concept to Australia, and sought our help to create this gym & wellness fitout.
Overcoming Unexpected Challenges
We typically enter projects at the start of the conception, but this build was a little different. Studio owner Kathryn initially engaged another fitout contractor, but as the project progressed, it became clear that the firm was operating under questionable practices. The contractor wanted over half of the cost upfront, made minimal progress, and couldn’t lock in a completion date. The project stalled, money was lost, and trust was broken.
When Kathryn reached out to us, we understood the weight of the situation. No one wants to step into a project already in turmoil, but this is exactly why we do what we do. We couldn’t stand by and watch a client lose such a costly investment due to an unreliable contractor.

A Modern, Inviting Wellness Fitout Inspired by Miami
We picked up where the previous contractor left off, quickly mobilising to get the project back on track for an upcoming launch. The result? A stunning new studio that is now open to the public—and set for success.
Interior designed by Muse Design Studio, the new JETSET Pilates studio stays true to the brand’s sleek, contemporary aesthetic, blending fitness functionality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

- A functional yet inviting layout ensures a seamless experience for both instructors and clients.
This 270 sqm studio is Australia’s first JETSETPilates location, paving the way for what is sure to be a growing presence across the country.
